Based in Hong Kong, Steve is Managing Partner at ChapmanCG, leading the firm’s business across Asia Pacific and EMEA as part of the company leadership team. He travels regularly to the UK and across Europe, working closely with clients, boards and leadership teams on the ground. His international perspective has been shaped by partnerships across markets, cultures and industries, and by living and working in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK.

Steve works with organisations that are reimagining their leadership and structures for the future. The senior executives he and his teams place transform businesses, driving growth, culture and performance in an era defined by technology, AI and continuous change.

At ChapmanCG, Steve helps lead the firm’s diversification beyond its Human Resources heritage into corporate functions and board appointments. He also spearheads the growth of the Non Executive Director Search Practice, which focuses on directors with deep expertise in people and culture.
