Global HR Operations Director, London (UK)
The Global HR Operations Director is a senior HR Operations leadership role that will lead the delivery of global HR operations across a complex international organisation, supporting employees and leaders across multiple regions and jurisdictions. The role will be responsible for shaping and executing the global HR Operations strategy, ensuring the delivery of efficient, scalable, and compliant people processes across the employee lifecycle. Key areas of focus include HR service delivery, governance and compliance, HR systems, process optimisation, payroll oversight, vendor management, and continuous improvement. The position will play a critical role in driving operational transformation, enhancing the employee experience, and building a high-performing HR Operations function capable of supporting future organisational growth. Working closely with senior HR leaders, Centres of Expertise, Finance, Legal, Technology, and business stakeholders, the role will ensure HR operations are aligned to broader organisational objectives while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
