This CHRO position reports directly to the CEO and will lead a 50+ member HR team across international markets, serving as a key driver of organisational success. This role will architect and execute comprehensive people strategies that align with the rapid growth trajectory, with responsibilities spanning organisational design for scalability, leadership development to build a strong executive bench, and culture transformation to foster innovation and high performance.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, the HR & Office Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the company’s people and operational infrastructure in Malta. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, supporting the setup of the local entity, office operations, and end-to-end HR processes while ensuring alignment with global policies and standards. Acting as the key HR and operations lead locally, the individual will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and vendor management. The role will also coordinate closely with international stakeholders, including global HR, legal advisors, and external partners, to ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting the company’s broader international workforce strategy. In addition, the role will support talent acquisition and mobility across the European region, including assisting with immigration, relocation, and integration of international hires. While primarily focused on the Malta operation, the role may also involve occasional travel to Amsterdam as the organisation establishes its Netherlands presence and strengthens cross-country collaboration in the European market.

Based in the Northeast United States, this role will be responsible for all aspects of HR for this fast-paced organization. This new leader should be a “builder” who can put into place a contemporary HR operating model and associated processes, which will allow the company to efficiently continue to build scale. As the organization matures, its culture needs to be further solidified and enhanced. Within the Talent function, a key deliverable will be leadership and talent development, particularly within the sales/commercial function.

The organisation has recently introduced Personio as its HR platform across multiple European markets. Working alongside the Group HR Operations lead and the local HR team, this individual will help ensure that HR processes are well-designed, compliant, and aligned with the capabilities of the new system. This is a highly collaborative role with the chance to make a practical and visible impact, supporting a motivated local team while helping the business realise the full benefits of its HR technology investment. Key Responsibilities include supporting the local implementation and optimisation of Personio. Reviewing and helping to design an efficient and scalable HR process to align with system functionality. Ensuring HR processes are compliant with Italian employment legislation and partnering closely with the local HR team to translate existing processes into system workflows. Provide hands-on guidance and practical coaching during implementation and working with the group HR systems lead to ensure alignment with broader European HR system standards.

The future Head of Human Resources leads an HR team and is responsible for a variety of HR topics for the major manufacturing plant as well as European projects. The day-to-day topics include acting as a trusted HR Business Partner to Plant and Business leadership, advising on organisational planning, workforce strategy, and execution of business initiatives. Managing plant labour relations and fostering a collaborative working environment. Driving the execution of talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. Overseeing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and employee engagement. Championing a culture of safety, well-being, and continuous improvement through HR programs aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles. As well as promoting employee engagement and internal communications to foster a positive and inclusive workplace climate.

Reporting directly to the local executive leadership team and working in close partnership with global HR and functional stakeholders, the Head of Human Resources will serve as the senior HR leader for the organisation’s German entity and its associated European branches. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering the local people strategy in alignment with broader global priorities, ensuring that the organisation’s workforce, culture, and organisational capability effectively support business growth and performance. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the individual will partner closely with business heads, HR Centres of Excellence, and functional stakeholders to drive key people initiatives across areas such as talent development, organisational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The role will also oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring that people processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with both regulatory requirements and the organisation’s risk and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. A key element of the position will be leading and developing the local HR team while navigating a complex stakeholder landscape that includes works councils and employee representative bodies. The role requires a strong ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior leaders on people-related decisions, while fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that the organisation continues to attract, develop, and retain critical talent. The HR head role will work closely with the CEO and lead the growth and transformation mandate for the organisation, with a large HR team overseeing the culture, talent and business agenda. This is a high ownership and highly strategic role where the individual is expected to roll up their sleeves and work with teams across point of sales, plant and tech org across India and overseas.
