Stanislav Medvedev is a Senior Director at ChapmanCG, based in Berlin, and is responsible for leading executive search mandates across the DACH region and broader Europe. With two decades of experience, he has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, high-tech, services, logistics, technology and others.
Stanislav’s track covers appointments of senior Human Resources leaders, including Chief HR Officers, HR Business Partners, and heads of Talent Management, Total Rewards, Recruitment, HR Operations, HR Technology and others.
He began his career with McKinsey & Company, working on strategic client engagements across multiple sectors. This was followed by Munich Re, where he served as a sales manager for global clients.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG, Stanislav held a team leadership role at Egon Zehnder, where he was responsible for global operations in the Services sector.
Stanislav holds a master degree in Business Administration and Economics, having studied in Germany, South Africa and Russia.
