Senior Director
Orelia is a Senior Director based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Having lived and worked in Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US, Orelia serves as one of our key points of contact for complex searches across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She partners closely with the global team to identify senior C-suite leadership talent across the region, supporting listed companies, private equity-backed businesses, and family-owned enterprises across all industry sectors.
Orelia also maintains trusted partnerships with many Chief People Officers seeking exceptional global and regional HR leaders, as well as Centres of Excellence (COE) heads, to strengthen their teams.
Prior to joining ChapmanCG in 2021, Orelia specialised in Financial Services search with global executive search firms in Hong Kong and Singapore. Before transitioning into recruitment, she worked at Bloomberg LP as a Client Services and Analytics Representative.
