Chris Taylor

Senior Director

Chris is a Senior Director with ChapmanCG based in London, where he develops and executes our UK and European market growth plan, leveraging his extensive networks across Europe and working closely with the global team. With close to two decades of experience in the search and recruitment sector, Chris specialises in HR leadership and broader specialist roles, collaborating with leading multinational and PE/VC-backed organisations across various sectors. His track record includes successfully delivering HR leadership and board-level roles in the UK and Europe, building impactful portfolios through permanent search and interim placements. Chris has worked for several well-known search firms, including a global UK-listed recruitment agency. Chris was born in the UK, spent some of his younger years living in Zürich and Paris and completed one year of undergraduate studies in Marburg, Germany. He holds a BBA in Business Administration, European Management, and German from the University of Kent. Chris lives in Surrey with his wife and their two children. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, playing golf and spending as much time as possible on the slopes with his family.
