Ringo is a Managing Director based in Hong Kong. His role entails conducting thorough assessments and research to identify exceptional HR talent across the Asia Pacific region, with a particular emphasis on Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Greater Bay Area.
He has achieved remarkable success in delivering mandates for prestigious positions such as Group Head of HR, APAC Chief People Officer, Global Centre of Excellence roles, and other senior-level searches at ChapmanCG. Additionally, he contributes to the design and implementation of strategic internal projects aimed at enhancing processes and operational development. With a strong track record of delivering high-profile HR searches across North Asia and various industry sectors, Ringo is dedicated to establishing long-term partnerships with leading HR leaders.
Before joining ChapmanCG, Ringo worked as a business analyst and gained experience living and working in the UK. He holds a Master's Degree in Management and Organisational Analysis from Warwick Business School, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. In his leisure time, Ringo is an avid traveller who enjoys engaging in outdoor activities and photography.
