Meet the Team

Natasha Jamieson is an Associate Director with ChapmanCG based in Singapore. She is responsible for delivering executive search assignments focused on senior HR and People leadership roles across Asia Pacific. She partners with organisations to identify and engage high-calibre leaders who can shape people strategies, enable transformation and support long-term organisational success.
Natasha brings a decade of executive search experience across the Asia Pacific region and has advised multinational and regional organisations on senior leadership appointments and is known for her relationship-driven approach, detailed market mapping and strong understanding of complex regional talent markets. Prior to joining ChapmanCG, she specialised in senior appointments within the insurance and financial services sectors across Asia Pacific, partnering with organisations to identify leaders capable of navigating evolving and highly competitive environments.

Having been raised in the Middle East and worked across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia, Natasha brings an international perspective to her work and a strong understanding of the cultural and organisational dynamics that shape leadership across the region.

Natasha holds a degree in International Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Manchester. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, golf and fitness training.
