Lorraine is an Associate Director at ChapmanCG, focusing on HR executive search and talent intelligence across Greater China. She works closely with clients to understand their talent needs, identify HR leaders and provide insights into the evolving HR talent landscape. Her work combines executive search with talent mapping and market intelligence, supporting clients to make informed talent decisions.
She is passionate about connecting with people, understanding their career journeys and exploring what makes organisations and talent thrive.
Born and raised in Guangzhou, Lorraine speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with her dogs.
