Caspar is a Senior Director at ChapmanCG, based in London, where he plays a key role in leading senior HR searches across EMEA. He works closely with global and regional organisations to identify high-impact HR leaders, with a focus on transformation, succession, and future leadership capability.
Before joining ChapmanCG, Caspar worked at a specialist HR executive search firm in London, where he progressed from researcher to consultant. During this time, he partnered with clients on senior-level HR assignments across Europe and also led commercial initiatives in E-learning and events management.
Caspar holds a First-Class bachelor’s degree in business management with Organisational Leadership from the University of Sussex. Outside of work, he’s a committed sports enthusiast—often found in the gym, watching or playing football (a dedicated Arsenal fan), and exploring new travel destinations.
