They are dedicated to providing top-quality customer service and making sure that consumers can manage their connectivity wherever they need it. They focus on enabling smarter business performance today while providing stability and consistency for the future.


Our client’s goal was to create a cloud-based system that allows customers to connect and build flexible workforces. The challenge was to build a new executive team that could work virtually from anywhere in the world, in any time zone, to support this new way of working. The CPO could be located in any key markets and work virtually in the most convenient time zones to mirror mega growth and demand. Our client is a game changer who challenges the status quo and pushes boundaries, and they required us to think and act the same way. They tested our reach and connectivity across our global network to uncover the best HR talent from SME organisations and large MNCs.


We put together a global team based in Sydney, London, and Los Angeles. We started by reaching out to the best HR talent across the three key regions and then used a regional and global calibration process to narrow down the list. We worked with our market intelligence team to generate targeted lists of HR talent already in our network, and also conducted targeted research in the key cities where the client has physical offices. The long listing process required HR contacts from each region, and then the top talent from each pool ultimately made the final shortlist.


In the end, we found an International CPO who preferred to work from the United Kingdom. This was the perfect location to support the company’s hyper-growth in the USA, further maturity in Asia Pacific, and expansion into new markets in Europe.
