Meet the Team

Rocío is an Executive Assistant to the Americas team, based in Chihuahua, Mexico. She works with the consulting team to ensure the smooth running of searches, enhance customer experience, schedule interviews between our client organizations and top talent, and help support our global HR networking meetings across various cities. She brings 10+ years of EA/Operations/procurement experience supporting C-level executives, with a background across corporate, industrial, and aerospace sectors. She has extensive experience coordinating across the US and LATAM countries and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. When not working she enjoys reading, watching television series, and family road trips.
