Based in Singapore, Paul is a Senior Director at ChapmanCG, partnering with Boards, CEOs and executive leadership teams across Asia Pacific on senior executive search and leadership appointments. With over 22 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory, including more than 14 years living and working across Asia, he advises multinational organisations, high-growth businesses and regional enterprises on building leadership teams that drive growth, transformation, and sustained performance.

Paul works with organisations at pivotal moments of change, supporting appointments that strengthen organisational capability, shape culture, and accelerate business performance. His work spans Human Resources leadership alongside Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer appointments, delivering regional, Asia Pacific, and global searches across a wide range of industries.

Before joining ChapmanCG, Paul held senior in-house leadership roles, including serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a NASDAQ-listed fintech organisation before becoming Head of People for a technology business. This experience gives him direct insight into the realities of executive hiring, organisational transformation, and leadership decision-making, enabling him to advise clients with a practical, commercial outlook.

Drawing on experience from both executive search and corporate leadership, Paul is recognised for his collaborative, relationship-focused approach and balanced judgement. He builds long-term partnerships with clients across the region, assisting organisations in identifying leaders who create lasting impact while supporting executives through some of the most significant career decisions they will face.
