The Role
Head of Global Mobility reporting to the VP of Rewards, will lead a small, agile team of 4–6 FTEs. This is a global role with the opportunity to shape mobility strategy for a market-leading brand undergoing significant transformation.
The Individual
We are seeking a seasoned Global Mobility leader with deep experience, taking into account years in the field, tenure within organisations, and the complexity of environments they've operated in. Experience within relevant sector is preferred, though we will also consider candidates from other fast-paced, leading-brand environments. A strong global—if not regional—track record is essential, particularly in driving the transformation of the mobility function, underpinned by effective use of technology. Prior experience across both broader reward and executive compensation is highly desirable.
Potential Challenges
Highly matrixed organisation that will demand strong stakeholder management. A complex and fast paced HR function, this environment may not be suited to everyone. A challenging and demanding role in a company where the bar is raised high. With high standards and expectations this is not a good role for someone who does not like to be challenged and stretched.
