Head of Global Mobility, Flexible Location, Europe

We are representing a market-leading FTSE-listed logistics/supply chain organisation with over 30,000 employees worldwide and a strong focus on Europe. The business is undergoing significant transformation at both the commercial and functional levels.

Head of Global Mobility reporting to the VP of Rewards, will lead a small, agile team of 4–6 FTEs. This is a global role with the opportunity to shape mobility strategy for a market-leading brand undergoing significant transformation.

We are seeking a seasoned Global Mobility leader with deep experience, taking into account years in the field, tenure within organisations, and the complexity of environments they've operated in. Experience within relevant sector is preferred, though we will also consider candidates from other fast-paced, leading-brand environments. A strong global—if not regional—track record is essential, particularly in driving the transformation of the mobility function, underpinned by effective use of technology. Prior experience across both broader reward and executive compensation is highly desirable.
