The Company

Our client is a leading media organization with a growing presence in APAC. The company has a progressive view of talent and has decided to create a new role combining the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management areas. This is to ensure the right talent is attracted as well as retained/developed in a joined-up way.

The Role

Based in Singapore, this person will set the strategic direction on all things related to talent in the region. The Head of Talent will be responsible for developing innovative attraction strategies through effective employment branding/social media, as well as progressive workforce planning and succession planning. You will have a small team, but you should be able to flex from the strategic to the operational to get things built.

The Individual

This person will have a mix of staffing and Talent Management experience. Ideally, he or she will have worked in a best-in-class MNC environment. This is a dynamic and pacey culture with a ‘work hard, play hard’ ethos.
