The Role
Reporting to a Global Vice President, Human Resources, this person will be a key member of the leadership team for one of their most important manufacturing sites. The HR Director will have end to end responsibility for HR at the facility and will develop and implement people strategies that will support overarching business objectives. This position will act as a trusted advisor to the business unit leadership team, coaching and challenging them to support the development of leadership and workforce capability. This role requires being based on site five days a week.
The Individual
This individual will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Business Partner role and will have specific experience supporting site manufacturing operations, ideally within an FDA regulated environment. With strong business acumen, this person will have experience developing a people strategy in a growing organization and will be equally comfortable getting into the details of execution. Being comfortable working in a complex, matrixed environment with the ability to lead through influence will be important. This person will have experience successfully driving culture change across a business. A strong communicator, with well-developed project and change management skills.
