Regional HRBP – Supply Chain, APAC, Singapore (SG)

We are partnering with a global medical technology company with strong growth agenda in the Asia Pacific region.

Based in their Singapore manufacturing site in Tuas, this Regional HRBP will be a strategic business partner to the Asia Pacific Supply Chain organisation, with a particular focus on manufacturing and engineering. This position will lead workforce transformation associated with automation and evolving manufacturing processes; strategic workforce planning, capacity modelling, productivity and labour-cost considerations; as well as organisational design and future operating models.

We are seeking an individual with strong strategic HR business partnering experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain or related operational environments. They will have experience across APAC, ideally including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and China and an understanding of complex manufacturing workforces, including permanent and contingent labour. They will be able to demonstrated workforce transformation, organisational design and capability-building experience with strong commercial acumen and an understanding of operational strategy. The will be able to show experience partnering with senior operational and technical leaders and the ability to influence and deliver through a matrixed organisation.
