Group Head of HR, Hong Kong (HK)

We are partnering with a leading organisation in Hong Kong. The business is seeking a senior HR leader for a highly confidential Group Head of HR appointment.

This is a highly visible Group Head of HR role with direct access to ownership and senior leadership. The position will lead the HR business partnering agenda, influence people strategy at the top of the house, and operate as a credible commercial partner to senior stakeholders. The remit demands strong judgment, resilience and the ability to challenge constructively while delivering through a complex stakeholder environment.

You are a seasoned, strong-minded and highly credible HR leader with significant leadership presence and commercial maturity. You are resilient and confident, able to challenge constructively when required, and comfortable operating at owner and senior-stakeholder level. Cantonese capability is essential as well as experience gained in financial services in Hong Kong is particularly relevant.

This is a rare opportunity to sit close to ownership in a highly influential Group HR leadership seat. There is significant scope to shape the people agenda with real authority and visibility.
