Asia Head of HR, Hong Kong (HK)

We are partnering with a leading multinational consultancy with a well-established presence across Asia. The business continues to grow its regional footprint from Hong Kong and is investing in people capability to support that expansion. We are supporting them in the confidential appointment of an Asia Head of HR, based in Hong Kong.

The Asia Head of HR will oversee the people agenda across Asia and partner closely with senior business leaders to enable growth, capability building, organisational effectiveness and talent development. The role will lead and influence HR delivery across Hong Kong and the wider Asian markets, strengthen partnerships with HR Shared Services, and coach senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession and engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a complex, project-driven workforce across multiple countries and cultures, while driving change as the business expands.

You are a commercially minded HR leader with strong business partnering capability and experience leading HR across multiple Asian markets. You have a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders within consulting or professional services environments. Comfortable in a matrix organisation and shared-service landscape, you balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution and build trust between the business and HR delivery partners.
