HR Head, China, Beijing (CN)

We are working with a global healthcare company who is committed to continuous growth in China.

As the HR Head for China, this role will be leading a matrixed team to manage the end-to-end HR function including but not limited to HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, operations and HR systems. This is a strategic role to be a key coach and advisor to the country leadership team; this role also requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational excellence of the function. This is a growing business with a lot of focus on engagement, leadership capability building and succession planning.

We are looking for a mature HR leader who has solid HR generalist and business partnering experience. Exposure to the healthcare sector will be an advantage. International experience or exposure in highly matrixed global organization will also be a huge plus.
