Regional Head of Human Resources, North America, Los Angeles, CA (US)

We are partnering with a global, publicly traded logistics and supply chain leader to identify their next Regional HR Leader. With operations spanning more than 100 countries and multibillion-dollar revenue, they have consistently grown over decades, today serving many of the world's largest businesses. It employs roughly 100,000 people globally and continues to expand its footprint across North America.

The Regional Head of Human Resources will lead the people strategy for the company's largest, most operationally intensive division in North America, supporting a sizable regional workforce. This role will partner closely with senior business leadership, lead a seasoned HR team, and shape how the division's people function operates at scale.

The ideal leader will bring proven experience operating at a similar scope and level of decision-making authority, having led HR for a sizable, complex organization supporting a distributed workforce with significant operational exposure. They will be comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizations, balancing global consistency with the demands of a complex, high-volume regional operation. A background in logistics, 3PL, or a related operationally intensive industry is preferred.
