Head of HRBP, South China (CN)

We are partnering with a leading conglomerate with operations in South China. The business is strengthening its people leadership on the ground and is seeking a Head of HRBP for a highly confidential appointment.

This Head of HRBP role will lead HR business partnering for the South China operation, acting as a credible bridge between local leadership and headquarters. The position will be hands-on in day-to-day HR delivery, raise operational quality and execution, and build a high-performing HR team. It will partner senior stakeholders on people priorities across the operation and strengthen influence, alignment and ways of working with HQ.

You are an experienced HRBP leader with strong stakeholder influence, operational discipline and a proven ability to develop teams. You communicate clearly with headquarters and local business leaders, challenge constructively, and stay close to execution rather than operating only at a distance. Credible, resilient and commercially minded, you thrive in complex, multi-market environments where leadership presence and hands-on delivery both matter.
