The business is looking to strengthen its Employee Relations capability and is seeking an experienced HR professional who can bring strong case management expertise alongside sound operational judgement.
The Role
The Employee Relations Lead will be responsible for managing the employee relations agenda, providing practical and commercially sound advice on complex employee matters while ensuring consistency, fairness, and appropriate governance. They will be operationally strong, pragmatic, and confident in providing clear advice on sensitive and often complex people matters. A proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks is important. The successful candidate will combine sound employment relations judgement with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broader HR role would be advantageous, particularly where the individual has demonstrated an ability to balance employee considerations with commercial and business priorities.

An opportunity to take ownership of a critical Employee Relations agenda within a sophisticated financial services environment, with scope to strengthen policy, governance, and operational HR capability.
