The Role

Reporting directly to the Greater China Head of HR, this role serves as the senior Total Rewards leader for the Greater China organisation, with responsibility for shaping and executing the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy. The position leads a team spanning both Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) and operational delivery, ensuring strategic alignment while driving execution excellence across the rewards agenda. As a key member of the HR leadership team, the Total Rewards Head partners closely with business leaders to design competitive and sustainable reward frameworks that support talent attraction, retention, and business growth.
