The Role

This role reports to the CHRO and while location is flexible, there is a strong preference for Midwest or Southeast. This is a true business partnering opportunity, responsible for running HR for a pivotal division of the business globally. The position manages a team. There is a significant element of building as well as change and transformation. This is a hands-on role which interacts closely with senior stakeholders and employees of all levels.

The Individual

A background in life sciences or agriculture will be necessary for this role, including recent experience in FDA regulated environments. The ideal candidate would have worked closely with R&D teams and should be naturally curious and enjoy dealing with scientific employee groups. International/global exposure working cross culturally is a ‘must have’. Also needed will be recent experience driving transformation, change, and innovation on a global level. While this position requires exceptional HR partnering expertise, some depth in Talent would be helpful (e.g., work experience in a talent-specialized position). We are seeking a ‘player/coach’ who is hands-on and adept at executing through others.
