The Role
This is the senior People & Culture leadership role for North America, reporting to the Chief People Officer while partnering closely with the regional CEO and Executive Leadership Team. The role is responsible for leading the people strategy across the United States and Canada, with accountability for talent, organizational effectiveness, executive development, workforce planning, employee relations, governance, and culture.
This leader will lead a team of senior HR Business Partners while partnering with global Centers of Excellence to support large-scale business transformation. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring an executive who can combine strategic influence with strong operational execution across a complex, matrixed environment.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR executive with significant experience operating within large, complex, matrixed organizations. Experience supporting technology, IT services, or similarly dynamic environments would be advantageous.
They will bring broad expertise across business partnering, organizational transformation, executive talent, succession planning, and workforce strategy, together with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior leadership teams. The successful individual will be a credible, collaborative, and resilient leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building high-performing teams, and driving organizational change while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
