Head of C&B, Asia Pacific, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are partnering with a global MNC in the manufacturing space. They have an international footprint and are continuing to grow in Asia Pacific.

Based in KL, Malaysia, the Head of C&B will lead the transformation of the HR operating model and build shared services capabilities in Malaysia. The role requires strong shared service operations expertise with comprehensive APAC operations oversight, and capabilities in Workday implementation as well as payroll globalisation across the region.

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations leader who has track record of building and scaling up Shared Services at regional or even global level. Prior exposure to WorkDay and payroll globalisation is highly desirable.

It is a large organisation with sizable workforce hence requires someone who has handled large scale and high level of complexity.
