The Role
As the HR Lead for China, this role will be leading a small team to manage the end-to-end HR function including but not limited to HR business partnering, recruitment, talent development, operations and HR systems. This is a strategic role to be a key coach and advisor to the country leadership team; this role also requires a hands-on approach to ensure operational excellence of the function.
The Individual
We are looking for a high potential talent who has solid HR generalist and business partnering experience. Exposure to the healthcare sector will be an advantage. Experience in handling M&A integration will also be a huge plus.
