Head of HR, Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

This is one of the global leaders in the manufacturing sector. They have over 15,000 employees globally and operate in more than 70 countries.

Based in Malaysia, the Head of HR will lead an HR team that provides full HR support to the Malaysian operations. The total population is about 500 people in both commercial and manufacturing setups. The key requirement for the role will be on business partnering, employee relations, compliance of labour law, Union management and payroll governance in the country.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in HR business partnering, handling employee relations and employee experience, stakeholder management, compliance and governance.

A leadership role in an industry leader, great potential to grow within the organisation both vertically and horizontally.

A challenging role requiring strong people leadership and solid manufacturing and union experience.
