India Total Rewards, Hyderabad (IN)

Our client is a US head-quartered organisation with their GCC in India. This financial services organisation is on its 2.0 journey in India after having set up a 5,000+ member set-up. The next phase involves more focus on talent, strategic HR and bringing more innovation and global work originating from India.

The India Total Rewards will be based in Hyderabad and reports to the Global Head of Total Rewards in the US with a 10-15 member team. It is a highly challenging role acting as a bridge between the India and the global business, responsible for setting up the total rewards strategy, payroll and HRIS in line with the talent strategy for India.

The right individual from this role will bring solid depth in global US head-quarted organisations in the area of total rewards, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The person would have a good understanding of India and the GCC environment and be able to put in place the right C&B strategy to set apart the organisation as an employer of choice.
