With exciting expansion on the horizon, they are now seeking a commercially savvy HR Director based in Manila to lead this next phase of growth and transformation.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, the Country HR Director for the Philippines will partner closely with the Country Managing Director to support over 2,000 employees and lead a team of 15 HR professionals. The role will elevate strategic business partnering, drive HR transformation, and collaborate with global Centres of Excellence to strengthen talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and leadership capability building across the market.
The Individual
The ideal HR Leader will possess a strong track record of success in Country or Regional HR leadership roles in a good mix of local and international organisations, with extensive experience leading and building strategic HR teams of at least ten people. You will demonstrate confidence, charisma and gravitas to influence senior leaders and drive high performance, combined with strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management and engagement capabilities. Experience in HR transformation and organisational design/restructuring is advantageous, and past experience or willingness to oversee union management as part of your broader portfolio is required.
