The Role
The European Rewards Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing Total Rewards solutions for European needs in alignment with company-wide Total Rewards philosophy. The role will also act as the reporting and analytics expert, advisor and coach of the Human Resources team in Europe and provide support needed by the business ensuring attraction and retention of talent.
The Individual
We are looking for an individual with a track record in strategic and operational reward. They will need to show experience working across multiple countries in Europe, partnering with and advising/coaching senior business and HR stakeholders. This individual will have excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy across multiple systems and documentation. They should be able to showcase strong research and analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reports, proactively identify issues, and problem-solve. This individual must be able to switch between strategy and tactics, be hands-on with a pragmatic approach to implementation. The position will require strong relationship building, teamwork and communication skill and therefore show strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills as well as advising and consulting skills.
