The Role
The Head of Compensation & Benefits for Greater China is a strategic leadership position with dual reporting lines to both the Global Head of C&B and the Greater China Chief Human Resources Officer. As a core member of the China leadership team and the global C&B Centre of Excellence, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the regional rewards strategy. This position leads a dedicated specialist C&B team for Greater China, driving initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role is further supported by operations functions for related administrative and executional matters, allowing a focus on high-impact strategic design and alignment.
The Individual
We are seeking a candidate who possesses a strategic mindset coupled with deep, hands-on expertise in Compensation & Benefits. The ideal professional will excel at developing and handling diverse, complex C&B strategies to support business objectives.
