Head HR, Gurgaon, India (IN)

The organisation we are representing is a fast paced Consumer Tech B2C company with large footprint across India and Southeast Asia, with further growth plans across Asia and Europe. The company is listed in India and planning to venture into new product categories over the next five years.

The HR head role will work closely with the CEO and lead the growth and transformation mandate for the organisation, with a large HR team overseeing the culture, talent and business agenda. This is a high ownership and highly strategic role where the individual is expected to roll up their sleeves and work with teams across point of sales, plant and tech org across India and overseas.

The right person for this role will have had at least one prior international stint or business stint and managed large-scale operations as an HR leader. We are looking for a solid people leader who can work in fast paced environments, think on their feet and lead multi-geo teams.
