Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Global Human Resources Business Partner will partner closely with the Chief Scientific Officer and their leadership team to shape and execute the people strategy in support of business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position will translate business strategy into effective talent, organisation, and culture initiatives while driving large-scale transformation across the organisation.
The role requires a senior, commercially astute HR leader with a strong track record of partnering with R&D and scientific populations. This individual will combine strategic thinking with hands-on transformation expertise, demonstrating the ability to translate business strategy into effective people, organisation, and talent solutions. They will bring deep capability in change leadership, talent management, and succession planning, supported by strong analytical skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication, influencing skills, and cross-cultural agility are essential, along with the ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed, multi-country environments.
