We are partnering with an international financial services group headquartered in Europe, with a strong presence across Europe and Asia. In Asia, the firm operates in nine markets including India, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and others, through joint ventures and partnerships with its regional hub in Hong Kong.
The Role
The Regional Talent and Development – Asia
is a pivotal talent leadership role driving the end-to-end talent agenda across Asia, covering all nine markets. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for Asia, the incumbent will act as both the talent subject matter expert and a trusted business partner to the leadership team while navigating complex joint venture structures and building strong relationships with local partners. This position will also be required to collaborate with global counterparts in Europe and other regions to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in talent management, learning & development, and leadership advisory, operating at the global or regional level within complex, matrixed organisations. They bring a sharp commercial mindset, strategic agility, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. A track record of navigating ambiguity, driving transformation, and building trusted relationships with C-suite leaders is essential. Strong competence in talent assessment and relevant certifications is an added advantage.
