We are assisting them in appointing a Group HR Analytics Leader, based in Hong Kong.
The Role
The Group HR Analytics Leader will drive the enterprise-wide People Analytics agenda, delivering actionable insights to shape HR strategy, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience across all markets. The role partners closely with senior HR and business stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.
The Individual
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in Digital HR and analytics within large regional organisations, with a proven record in leading HR transformation and analytics programs. Expertise in Workday and data visualization tools is required, along with exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. The role demands a conceptual thinker with process orientation, analytical rigor, and a global mindset who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
