Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, they will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing executive stakeholders and driving organisational change across a complex, international environment. They will possess strong commercial acumen, sound judgement and the credibility to act as a trusted adviser to senior business leaders, balancing regional priorities with the needs of a globally matrixed organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a sophisticated investment or financial services business, ideally across an EMEA remit.
