ChapmanCG partnered with Zurich to host an HR networking session to discuss what will disrupt and create opportunities for the HR function over the next 10 years. The group also discussed opportunities for bespoke benefits packages, how immigration is disrupting HR, and the need for emotional intelligence in leadership.
