Head of HR SEA, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are partnering with a global MNC in the manufacturing space. They have an international footprint and are continuing to grow in Asia Pacific.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Head of HR, SEA will lead the HR function for the Southeast Asia region across various ASEAN countries. This will cover the full spectrum of the HR operations including IR/ER and managing unions. It is a leadership role with a sizable of team reporting into the position and spreading across the region.

We are looking for a seasoned HR leader who has hands-on experience building up shared services. You should be familiar with the manufacturing workforce and have handled unions in Malaysia as well as other SEA countries.

An organisation with a lot of change agenda and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

The system is not mature hence requires someone who is comfortable being hands-on.
