The Company

We are excited to partner with a fast-growing global FMCG organisation as it expands its presence, operations, and commercial capabilities in Asia. This newly created role will be based in Singapore.

The Role

This newly created, critical role will develop and lead the company’s approach to talent, learning and leadership capability development. This position will be accountable for the leadership and delivery of the developmental and operational elements of the People Plan, specifically Leadership Development, Early Careers, Talent Mobility and Succession Planning, Performance Management, Culture and Engagement, etc. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, this position will be a member of the regional HR leadership team and work in close partnership with senior business leaders to provide innovative approaches that will help the organisation reach its ambitious goals.

The Individual

The successful individual will have excellent stakeholder management skills. They need to have sound knowledge of HR best practices, organisational design thinking, and delivery as well as a strong ability to drive outcomes and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects. There is a preference that this person will have worked in a fast-paced and progressive environment – ideally multinational and have more than 10 years of experience and a proven track record of successful program management in the Talent Development space.
