The Global HRBP Director will work closely with the main stakeholders helping to ensure strategic initiatives are met for the organisation globally. The position will look at high level organisation design and identify capability gaps through the team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a truly global scale from a fixed location.
The individual will have very strong communication skills backed by experience as an HRBP in a multi-national/matrix style organisations. You will be unafraid of working very closely with the business and a hands-on approach.
