The Role

As Talent Acquisition Director, you will drive strategic hiring initiatives across multiple divisions, working closely with senior leadership. With strong influencing skills, this role will work closely with divisional presidents and C-suite leaders on strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support the continuing growth of the company. You will lead talent acquisition, focusing on stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, employer branding, and university partnerships. With recruiters managing over 400 hires annually, your role is to guide hiring priorities, optimize processes, and strengthen recruitment strategies.

The Individual

The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic talent acquisition leader with experience managing volume hiring in complex, multi-division organizations. They excel in stakeholder management, workforce planning, and leading high-performing recruitment teams. Experience in construction, EPC, or large-scale project-based industries is highly desirable. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a customer-focused approach, and the leadership to drive hiring initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
