Asia Compensation & Benefits Lead, Singapore (SG)

Based in Singapore, this position will be the C&B lead in the region looking after total rewards policies and practices across different business units. That will include salary, incentive plans, reward and recognition programs, pensions and other benefits, as well as mobility. You will represent the needs of the region to the Group Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide a seamless service to the business. This a role that requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, and has a collaborative approach.

We are looking for a C&B specialist with proven track record of leading a compensation and benefits function in a complex multi-national organisation. You should have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical analysis into executive presentations. Industry experience is not a must, but you should have handled organisations with both white collar and blue collar employees. Experience with flexible benefits will be a strong plus.
