Head of People Operations & Technology, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are working with a fast-paced technology company which is growing steadily in Asia Pacific.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will be leading a team of HR practitioners to help build a central People Operations function covers key areas such as payroll, operations, HRIS, and data reporting & analytics. This is a newly created role as the organisation aims at evolving HR technology, processes, and analytics, driving efficiency and alignment with the business and organisation strategies. There will be a strong focus on integrating HR tech with Finance and Technology and ensuring seamless payroll operations and employee services.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has track record designing or building HR services models for large multinational companies. Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments is highly desirable. WorkDay knowledge and experience will be an advantage.

Fast-paced environment with a flat structure requiring someone who is both strategic and strong in execution.
