Country Head of HR, Seoul (KR)

The company is a leading consumer goods conglomerates with good presence across Asia Pacific. Korea is one of their key markets in Asia Pacific, so they are looking for a Seoul based Korea Head of HR to further strengthen their HR services to the country team.

Reporting into the APAC Head of HR, you are mandated to upgrade the human resources function and partner with country business leaders. You will be responsible for the entire HR agenda for a population of 300.

You should be a high-impact and commercially savvy HR leader who can navigate through changes. You should be equipped with ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders effectively. There will be ambiguities along the change journey.
