We are pleased to be working with one of the leaders in technology and consulting services. The organization is looking to grow the Compensation & Benefits team for Greater China with the addition of a Total Rewards Lead in Shanghai. This company has a presence in over 120 countries worldwide and employs over three hundred thousand people globally.
The Role
Reporting to the APAC Compensation & Benefits Head based in Singapore, you will hold a highly strategic and advisory role. In your capacity as the Greater China Total Rewards Lead, you will be involved in and responsible for the global compensation framework as well as all Total Rewards capabilities. You will also head up change management within the function, as well as policy, program and process design.
The Individual
You should be a strong C&B specialist with experience in a highly matrixed multinational environment. Excellent analytical and research skills are also key, alongside business and strategic thinking. Some professional service sector experience or consulting exposure would be ideal.
