This global technology company is growing rapidly. It has a diverse workforce and is heavily customer focused. Collaborative, innovative and financially successful, this business is seeking a USA Head of Talent Acquisition. The role can be based in San Diego, San Jose or Oregon.

This role involves owning and executing a world class talent acquisition strategy. This person will be recruiting at a hands-on level as well as leading a small talent acquisition team. Delivering on key metrics, and exceeding internal customer and external candidate expectations, will be crucial to success. There is plenty of scope to add value by driving continuous improvement.

We are seeking a top calibre, proven Talent Acquisition Leader with experience in volumes of at least 400-600 hires per year. A track record of running a high performing talent acquisition function, impressive stakeholder management skills and the ability to create innovative branding and attraction strategies are essential.
