The Role

Reporting into the CHRO, the Senior Director of Total Rewards will oversee compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll. This person will serve as an important member of the extended HR Leadership Team and set the global rewards strategy for the organization. S/he will have full responsibility to design and deliver the compensation and benefits strategy and will interface with the executive leadership team and compensation committee on a regular basis. With a focus on executive compensation, this Senior Director of Total Rewards will create forward thinking and innovative compensation structures that modernize traditional models. To support the new HR operating model and its transformation, it is critical that the individual takes a holistic and global approach - embracing the broader HR and business strategy while respecting geographic, business and cultural nuances. Leading a team of 10, the Senior Director will act as a player-coach and while defining the strategy, will also actively participate in execution and delivery.

The Individual

Individuals well suited to this role will have 15 years of experience in progressive compensation and benefits roles. They will have deep expertise designing broad based reward programs and have a strength in executive compensation. Also necessary is exposure to board and compensation committees and a demonstrated record of accomplishment of being able to present and influence at this level. Strong analytical, business and financial acumen and the ability to understand key business drivers and translating them into compelling people plans. Superior communication and leadership skills and the ability to gain the confidence of and advise senior management in all issues pertaining to the global rewards programs.
