Head of C&B, Asia Pacific, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are partnering with a global MNC in the manufacturing space. They have an international footprint and are continuing to grow in Asia Pacific.

Based in KL, Malaysia, this Head of C&B will be lead the Total Rewards Center of Excellence across the Asia Pacific region. Owning the end-to-end Total Rewards strategy for the region, this position will work closely with both global, regional, and country teams to help create consistency and synergy at an enterprise level. This person will lead the team to drive compensation integration and harmonisation for any M&A activities.

We are looking for a C&B specialist who has worked in large and complex multinational companies and has managed Asia Pacific regional portfolios. You should be familiar with the manufacturing industry or similar type of business/workforce.

An organisation with a lot of change agenda and plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

The system is not mature hence requires someone who is comfortable being hands-on.
