Employing more than 10,000 professionals worldwide, the organisation is undergoing a significant evolution of its people strategy as it prepares for future workforce and leadership requirements. As part of this transformation, the business is investing in strengthening its Talent and Culture capabilities, with a particular focus on leadership development, succession planning, talent mobility, and future capability building. To support this agenda, the organisation is seeking a Head of Talent Management to help shape and drive its global talent strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent & Culture, the Head of Talent Management will lead the design and execution of the organisation's global Talent Management agenda. This is a newly created role with significant visibility and influence across the enterprise. The position will be responsible for developing a modern and integrated talent framework encompassing succession planning, leadership development, high-potential identification, career growth, and internal mobility. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders globally, the role will ensure talent strategies align with organisational priorities and future workforce needs. This position offers the opportunity to build and embed scalable talent practices, leverage technology and data-driven insights, and drive meaningful organisational impact across a complex international environment.

The Individual

The successful individual will bring deep expertise in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, or broader Talent and Culture disciplines gained within large, global, and matrixed organisations. You will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies, including succession planning, executive talent management, leadership pipelines, and high-potential programmes. Experience operating within a global Centre of Excellence environment and partnering with senior leadership teams is highly desirable. The ideal individual will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment characterised by complexity and change. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, business acumen, and executive communication capabilities will be essential.
